Digital Health Learning, Done Right

One Step Consult Ltd is a Kigali-based consultancy specialising in digital health learning solutions. Founded by health professionals and education technologists, we focus on high-quality, contextually grounded eLearning for health workforce development in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our core service lines cover eLearning platform design, development, and management; instructional design and CPD content development for the health sector; capacity building for health education professionals; and LMS administration and technical support.

We understand the constraints health workers face — high patient loads, variable connectivity, limited study time — because our founders and team members have worked in those same health systems. We build solutions that work within these realities, not around them.
